IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS

• All Abstract Submissions Online only.
• One Chief Instructor can submit only ONE Instruction Course.
• One Presenting Author can submit TWO Abstracts only-Each in
  Free Paper/E-Poster/Video.
• Note that instead of conventional posters on boards we will be having Electronic - Posters(E-Posters).(NEW)
• E-Poster is nothing but basically a Power Point presentation. To view an example of the E-Poster, please Click here. Financial Disclosure is must (even if none) on the second slide.
• ARC (Thesis) abstract submission form available online (NEW)
• Submission Deadlines

  - Instruction Course          : 30th April 2009
  - Free Paper and E-Poster : 31st May 2009
  - Video Abstract                 : 31st May 2009
  - ARC                                 : 30th June 2009

• For any Abstract submission you have to log in at the adjacent box.
• Only AIOS Members are eligible for any AIOS Award.
• Memebership upto No. 12067 were ratified at Jaipur.
